• Management of contacts, contests, and newsletters: Data collected on the basis of your consent, managed and processed via our technical data processor Brevo.
• Management of SaaS Subscriptions, Infrastructures, and Custom Services: Identity, profile, technical configuration data (encrypted API keys), and billing data collected for the performance of the contract, securely hosted with our infrastructure processors Vercel, Supabase, and AWS. Financial transactions are processed securely and encrypted exclusively by Stripe and PayPal.

Within the scope of the SaaS modules (BrandArch, ProfileArch, DealArch, VSLArch), VitaeTek acts as a Data Processor and formally undertakes not to use your business data or prompts to train third-party artificial intelligence models.

Users have a right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and exercise the portability of their data, which they can claim at any time by writing to: hello@vitaetek.fr. In the event of a dispute, a complaint may be lodged with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
